Meet Jennifer
Founder and President
I opened Premier Sitters in 2014 with a desire to offer the very best childcare on the Emerald Coast, and what an incredible journey it has been! We began in Destin and along 30A and are now proud to serve families in St. Johns County, Orange Beach area, South New Jersey and Metro Atlanta

I have loved children for as long as I can remember and always envisioned working with them. I studied to become a biology teacher, but my career path led me into human resources, bookkeeping, and management. Along the way I discovered a passion for building teams and creating meaningful systems.
​
Those experiences all came together when I launched my own childcare business. Today I am a proud mom of two wonderful little girls, and I understand firsthand how important it is to feel confident in the care your children receive.
​
I strive to ensure that the babysitters we work with feel appreciated, supported, and genuinely happy to be part of our team. Their joy, professionalism, and dedication are at the heart of everything we do.
