Booking Questions & Answers *How soon can I book a sitter? We can usually arrange a sitter with 3 hours’ notice. *What time zone are bookings in? All booking times are in Central Time (CT). *What is the minimum booking length? Minimum means this is the closest amount of time you believe you will need a sitter and are booking her time. If you come back early, you still need to pay for the number of hours you booked. If you need to stay out longer, simply ask your sitter if she is available. *How do I book multiple sitters or multiple days? If you need two sitters for the same time, fill out a separate booking form for each sitter so both can be scheduled. Each day must also be booked separately so our system can match you with the right sitter for each date and time. *What if I have two sitters? When two sitters are assigned, the number of children is split in half for payment purposes. *How do I change my time or sitter? Log in at www.30AandCoastalBabysitters.com, click “My Bookings,” cancel the one you no longer need, then rebook with your updated details. You can also let your sitter know in the group chat, but changes are not guaranteed if they have other bookings. *How do I cancel? Go to “My Bookings” and remove your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your start time, there is a 50% charge based on the minimum hours booked and the number of children. *How do I pay my sitter?
