Service Description
We’re so glad you’re here! Please read through the details below before booking, it helps everything go smoothly and ensures the best care for your family. Booking Basics * Each sitter booking includes a $9 non-refundable processing fee. * If you need more than one sitter, divide the children evenly and submit a separate form for each sitter you need. Your info carries over automatically. * Booking multiple days? Fill out the first form, then head back to the calendar-Your info carries over automatically. * We invite you to book with the sitter of your choice! Check out their profiles on the Our Team page. * All sitters pass our 5-Point Star Sitter System What to Expect from Your Sitter * Sitters bring a nanny bag with activities, toys, and games for children over 2. * For children under 2, sitters will use your toys and supplies. * You’ll be placed in a group text with your sitter(s) the day of your booking. * Photo updates are sent during the booking unless you choose to opt out. * All photos and messages are permanently deleted from the sitter’s device. * Photos are never shared outside our team or used for advertising without written permission. Pet Policy * Pet sitting is not included with babysitting. * A $50 fee per pet applies if an animal is left loose with the sitter or causes disruption. * No fee is charged for quiet, secured pets kept in a separate space. * All pets must be disclosed at booking-some sitters may have allergies or fears. * Undisclosed pets may result in refused service and full payment due, plus a 25% gratuity. * Excessive barking or scratching from secured pets can disrupt care, especially nap or bedtime. Please let us know if your pets are likely to make noise. A Few More Important Notes * Minimum hours booked must be paid, even if care ends early. * A 20% automatic gratuity is applied to: * Bookings with 2+ sitters * Care for 6+ children * Split payments * Holiday bookings * Sitters process payment securely via Square on their phone at the end of the booking. * Tips are appreciated (18–25%) and can be added via Square or cash-sitters receive 100% of their tips! * All communication must stay in the group text-outside contact is not permitted. * You may list additional adults to include in the group chat for updates. Policies, Terms & Conditions
We understand that cancelations happen. You can cancel anytime before 24 hours of your booking start time. Cancelations that occur within 24 hours Up to 1 hour prior will be charged at 50%. You cannot cancel your booking within 1 hour of your booking start time. The full rate must be paid at that point. This is because it is difficult to recover lost wages for your sitter(s) and our team with such short notice. Failure to pay the 50% cancelation fee will result in the scheduled sitter(s) arriving ready to babysit. Once the sitter(s) have arrived the full amount of the booking must be paid to the sitter prior to her leaving the property. Failure to pay for agreed services- We will contact local authorities to assist the sitter(s) in recovering her/their booking fee(s) from clients. Failure to pay agreed service fees per terms and conditions is theft according to Florida Statute 812.012. We take theft from our sitters/team and credit card fraud seriously.
